Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please include any accessories, tags, labels, or freebies that came with the item.

Initiating a Return

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange. These include any items that have been engraved, personalised or made to order.
